HP 3Par Training Class (New 2011-2012 Course)

So, I recently discovered that the class I mentioned in a previous post for 3Par training is no longer valid.  The only class HP currently offers for 3Par training is named “Designing and Implementing HP Cloud Solutions using 3PAR”.  The exam ID for the certification is HP0-J49.

I will be attending this training session on 9/13/2011 – 9/16/2011.  I will post up my feedback on the course and try to take some videos.  Below are some objectives I am expecting to hit.

  • Identify the HP 3PAR Storage System solution business challenges and strategy of HP.
  • Describe the business opportunity of the HP 3PAR Storage System solution within the utility/cloud storage market segment.
  • Describe the HP 3PAR Storage System solutions and the competitive advantages for utility computing
  • Present the HP 3PAR Storage System technology
  • Architect an HP 3PAR Storage System solution for customers understanding the customer’s business needs and translating them into an HP solution speaking the customer’s language.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the InForm OS functionality.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the HP 3PAR Thin Technology.
